This tour is designed to give you the best of Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, covering tranquil and characteristic Bhutanese landscapes, its beautiful people and the first hand experience of the philosophy of Gross National Happiness.

Day 01: PHUENTSHOLING

Arrival in Phuentsholing. The group will be received by Bhutan guide and the form filling for immigration will be taken care by the guide. You'll be required to sign over the entry and exit forms and make customs declaration as needed. Overnight in Hotel

Day 02: PHUENTSHOLING – THIMPHU

After breakfast drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. En route visit Kharbandi Gompa. Stop for lunch at Wangkha or Bunagu. The drive will take you to a 2800 m pass called Chapcha La, the highest point enroute Thimphu. Arrival in Thimphu early evening. Visit Taschichodzong, the administrative seat of the country. It is open on week days after office hours and full day on holidays. Overnight in Hotel

Day 03:THIMPHU – PUNAKHA

After breakfast sightseeing of Thimphu mainly the Memorial Chorten, Takin Reserve, Changangkha Lhakhang, Zorig Choesum, Drive to Punakha. Lunch at Dochu la. Proceed to Punakha. Overnight in Hotel/Resort (Punatsangchu Cottages Recommended)

Day 04: PUNAKHA – PARO

After breakfast make a Chimi Lhakhang walk. Later visit Punakha Dzong. Drive to Paro. Lunch at Dochula. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Hotel

Day 05: PARO

Morning excursion to Taktsang Monastery (The Tiger Nest). After lunch visit Kyichu Lhakhang, Paro Rinpung Dzong, Ta-Museum. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Hotel

Day 06: Departure

After breakfast drive to Paro Airport for departure flight.
